In this entrance, I am sharing with you 2 videos I made to revise some characteristics of Past Simple Tense.
You can use them as a quick view about on this topic.

On the next ones of the series, I will be developing this grammar topic and other such vocabulary and common expressions in English.

Relatives and Extended Family

Hello, my dear friend! This time we are still seeing vocabulary about the family. This is the last entrance of this topic and because that, we are going to see a chart that contains the names of all the relatives that a person can have.

Spanish: ¡Hola mi querido amigo! en esta oportunidad seguimos viendo el vocabulario acerca de la familia. Esta es la última entrada sobre este tema y por eso, vcamos a ver un cuadro el cual contiene  los nombres de todos los parientes que una persona puede tener.

Hello, my friend! In this opportunity, we are going talk about THE FAMILY TREE! Try to get all the vocabulary you can from the next Emze presentation. 

In this slides, you will see how the family tree is composed and you will notice how also you can start to think and then build your own family tree. 

Spanish: ¡hola mi amigo! En esta oportunidad,¡ vamos a hablar del ÁRBOL GENIALÓGICO! Trata de aprender todo el vocabulario que puedas de la siguiente presentación de Emaze. Your Familly 

Complete the next exercise using the vocabulary you have learned in class. Use the class notes, your dictionary, your smartphone or any other help to complete it. 
The video below was made to help you with the vocabulary you will need to do the activity. Make you sure to see this video, it will give you the necessary clues to you complete the task.

UNIT: The family

Immediate Family

In this unit, we are going to start with recognising the closest members of a family: the intimate family. Think of a person that has no children and is not married, for example, a kid whose closest family is usually composed of a few people. 

Spanish: vamos a comenzar reconicionendo los miembros clásicos de la familia tradicional: la familia inmediata. Piensa en una persona que no tiene hijos y no está casada, por ejemplo, un niño cuya familia está usualmete compuesta por unas cuantas personas. 

Do you know who are the basic members of the traditional family? 

Spanish: ¿sabés quines son los mimbreos de la familia tradicional?

Spanish: Echá una mirada a la siguiente imagen ¿qué es ki que ves?¿ves algo familiar allí? 

*** Remember: this is an exercise about how is traditionally composed a family, but bere in mind that families are different in everyday life and nowadays people compose different kinds of families groups.

Spanish: recordá que ésto es un simple ejercicio hacerca de cómo están constutuidas tradicionalmente las familias; tené en cuenta que hoy en día  éstas se compones de dierentes maneras.

Activity

★Find the eight (8) words that name the relationship between each member of the family.

Spanish: encontrá ocho (8) palabras que denominen las relaciones entre cada miembro de la familia.


A clue: there are two (2) words for each member, for example, two words come up from the relationship between the man and de woman, one for him and one for her.

Spanish: UNA POISTA, hay dos (2)  palabras para cada miembro , por ejemplo, dos palabras que surgen de la relacion entre el hombre y la mujer, una para él y otra para ella. 

★ Once you have found these words, complete the activity on the google drive document. Carry it to your teacher in order to be checked.

Spanish: una vez que hayas encontado las palabras, completa las actividad en el documento de Google Drive.
